TOPIC 1 (TOPIK NI BANYAK INTRO..AGAK OK LA)
meaning of OB:study of what people think, feel and do in an organization

OB trends: globalization (eg dunia tiada sempadan), 
                 changing workforce(eg skrg ramai perempuan de lelaki),
                 employment relationship( eg dulu takut sgt ngan bos, skrg x n kerja part time),
                 virtual work(eg telecommuting dll),
                 value & ethics defined( ethics tu pasal morality,right or wrong)

OB anchors: multidisciplinary anchor (OB kena ada byk knowledge), 
                    systematic anchor (ikut susunan)
                    contigency anchor (taw akibat setiap situasi)
                    multiple level anchor (OB ni banyak level, individu, team n organization)
                   open system anchor ( kena ada system- ada input and output)

                        s=situational factors
                 eg:sorang salesman yg bersungguh-sungguh (motivation), yg paham tugas dia (role perception) dan                      
                 ada cukup resource (situational factor) takkan berjaya kalau xde skill (ability)
